Rick and Lynn O'Dwyer hail from Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada. They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren all living in Canada. Rick and Lynn did their Crossroads DTS in Chico, CA in 2003 and came to Gleanings to serve on staff immediately after completing their schooling. They have been directors since May 25, 2004 and are looking forward to serving in this capacity for many more years. |

| Ron & Shirley Wagner |

Ron and Shirley come to us from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Ron handles the procurement of products for the soup mix and food for distribution. He also connects with our partner ministries for shipping food. Shirley is responsible for the monthly newsletter and other mailings throughout the year. Together they go to conferences to represent the ministry here at Gleanings They have been with YWAM since April of 1997. They have been a part of this ministry for 7 years. |

| Fritz & Cindy Meier |

Fritz comes to us from Switzerland, Cindy is from California. They are here with their three children Cherise, Philip and Tiffany. Fritz is the fruit plant manager in the summer and oversees the media department and computer administration during the winter months. Cindy is a home schooling mom to their two children in grades 4 & 5. She also works in the hospitality dept. They did a DTS in 1993, and began working with the ministry here in 2003. They are the outreach leaders for the DTS.

| Rod & Colleen Lawrence |

Rod and Colleen along with their two children, Kent and Kaleigh come to us from Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada. Rod oversees vehicle maintenance and Colleen is the kitchen manager. Both of the children are in school, grades 4 & 7. Rod has been with YWAM off and on since 1982. As a couple they did a crossroads in Kona, Hawaii, in 1995. They have been working with the ministry here since May of 2005.

Bob and Mila Sicora are from West Park, New York . Bob & Mila spent 3 months as Mission Builders at Gleanings before doing a DTS in Chico, CA . They joined our Gleanings Staff in Nov. 2006. Bob works in the maintenance department and Mila works in the kitchen

Wayne and Joyce were on Staff for two years and took a sabbatical for one year. Now they are back on Staff with us. They are from Olympia WA |

| Anthony Lymber |

We are pleased to welcome Anthony Lymber from Long Island, NY. Anthony did his Discipleship Training School in Pittsburg, PA in 2005 with an outreach to Mongolia and China. He joined our staff in Jan. 2007.
Anthony works in the I.T. and Multimedia dept. as well as Grounds

| Brooke |

Brooke is from Langley BC, Canada. She did her DTS in 2002 in New Zealand and has worked at a Christian children’s camp in Maple Ridge BC for three years. Brooke recently completed a year of study at a counseling college and will also be on DTS outreach leadership in Guatemala and Honduras.

| Henrijs & Ilze |

God brought us Henrijs and Ilze Janbergi from Latvia. Henrjis did his Discipleship Training School (DTS) in 2004 and Ilze in 2005 at the YWAM base in Latvia. Henrijs has had training as a cook and has worked in a restaurant. Ilze took classes in economics and commerce and fills a need in this area in our office. |

The Riveras came to Gleanings with five of their six children. They moved from La Center, Washington and did their Discipleship Training School at Gleanings in Oct. 2007. Eric works in procurement and distribution and Lisa heads up housekeeping and home schools her children. Their oldest son Adam resides in Washington and will marry the love of his life, Anna, in May 2008.
